Regular Membership: Dues include use of the indoor pool complex, whirlpool, sauna, Universal Gym, exercise bikes, etc. Also included is one hour per day free use of our two outdoor tennis courts, use of our canoes, kayaks, outdoor pool, and beach area while these facilities are open in the warmer months. Membership also includes the organized water aerobics class. From about Thanksgiving until February members may use the lighted outdoor ice-skating rink. Limited Monthly Memberships: Ruttger's offers a special monthly membership plan whereby the member may use only the Indoor Pool Complex and Water Aerobics classes, not the tennis courts, outdoor pool, etc. The hours of usage of the complex are also limited: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM until noon. To upgrade from the limited membership to the full membership the additional $15.00 first month fee must be paid. The Family Membership: Limited to one family unit of up to six persons. Parent(s) and children only. All must be living under one roof. In larger families, additional children over the six-person limit will be an additional $4.00 per month, per child. Senior Citizen Discount: 10% on a single or couple's membership. Not applicable on family memberships. Discounts: Pay the first three months in advance and avoid paying the first month start-up fee. Pay for a full year in advance, and receive the initial first month start-up fee of your membership for free. Snowbirds: Members may take up to three months off per twelve-month period and restart the membership without paying the start-up fee. Limited to one break per twelve-month period of at least 30 days. Members must submit the necessary paperwork to Ruttger's PRIOR to using snowbird priviledges. Dues Inflation Protection: Membership dues are locked in at the current rate when the membership is started. They will never increase as long as the membership is kept current. Sales Tax: Health club dues are subject to a 6.5% state sales tax. Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by a parent at all times. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the weight training or exercise rooms. Guest Fees: Members may bring up to four guests at a time and pay only $2.50 per guest; additional for $6.00 per guest. A member may bring a guest to aerobics class only once. After that, the guest must buy a membership to continue. A member bringing a guest to play tennis will pay $3.00 per guest. Water Aerobics: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 AM. Exact times are subject to change. During the summer months the class starts at 8:00 AM.
