During the winter months...

Here at Ruttger's we have:

• Indoor swimming pool
• Whirlpool, sauna, exercise, and weight training rooms
• Cross country ski and snow shoe rental with miles of trails near the resort
• Outdoor ice skating rink located next to indoor pool building

We rent cross-country skis & snowshoes!

• Lake Bemidji State Park is one mile down the shore from Ruttger's.  They have many miles of groomed cross country trails and host several snowshoe outings during the winter.
• Itasca State Park, headwaters of the Mississippi River is just 20 miles south with lots of cross country trails
• Bemidji Chamber of Commerce and Recreation offers several area guides and maps for activities and events here in Bemidji.
• Buena Vista Ski Area is just a ten minute drive from us.  With a variety of downhill slopes and mile of groomed cross country trails there is something for everyone.

• Snowmobiling is a popular sport here and with several hundred miles of trails in our area the possibilities for fun are numerous.  Trails can be accessed directly from the resort!
