Deposit/Number
Guarantee: A $50.00 deposit is required to hold the room.
This deposit is refundable minus a $20.00 handling charge outside 30 days
prior to the meeting date. The deposit will be forfeited for
cancellations received within 30 days of the meeting date. At that
time the estimated number of attendees becomes the guaranteed
number. The financially responsible party is required to pay for a
minimum of 90% of the guaranteed number of participants. |
